I was torn between 2 & 3 stars and rounded down because the people that work there are a little rude. I've bought and sold and both are just ok. They have nice things but if you shop sales you can do just as well on price for the same items new. As far as selling it is good if you don't itemize. I recommend dropping things off and coming back if you have a lot of stuff. The prices they pay are almost exactly (maybe a little less) than the amount of money you would end up with if you wrote off the goodwill suggested values of your items on your tax return. So if you have a favorite charity it would be much easier to drop off all of your things, not have to wait, not have to take home the things they don't want, etc. it was not a horrible experience and could be a nice fit depending on your situation.
