  • Shane Nguyen and the team at First Priority were amazing. Putting my old house on the market was one of the most stressful things I've had to endure but Shane made the process easy to navigate, understand and in the end I was extremely happy with the end result. Throughout the entire process, the team was very knowledgeable on the market, providing essential information along the way that led to me getting even more than I was originally quoted from other agencies. They are great negotiators! They were kind, professional, patient, always available for questions and regularly checked up on me as their client during the transaction, though to be honest it felt more like they were family.
