| - We were really excited to try this place, mostly because Yelp seldom lets us down.
Coming inside we were immediately welcomed and seated promptly. We must've gotten there right before afternoon lunch rush because at this point there were only a couple of others besides us.
After taking a few minutes to digest the menu and make a decision, I went with the bulgogi burrito and my boyfriend the bulgogi sliders. We were then passed some chips, guacamole and salsa while we waited.
It took all of three minutes to bring out my burrito. I was elated. I took a couple bites expecting my boyfriend's food to come out shortly after.....nope. I set the burrito down to wait until his arrived. We waited sometime between 10-15 minutes later. My question is, if my burrito was going to take 30 seconds to cook, why not leave it until my boyfriend's is closer to finishing? Terrible timing. My appetite was nearly spoiled by the time his came, and I now had a cold burrito to look forward to.
The food was decent. It was our first time here, again, so experiencing the fusion was new to us. Bulgogi was good, nice flavor and texture. I don't know why they offer French fries with the sliders because they're plain jane, no salt, no nothing French fries that detract from the slider flavor. Omitting them entirely would be in their favor.
We may go back if we're in the area. No need to drive out of the way for it.
