I've been to Derma three times now. The first two times I saw Dr. Kwon, who is no-nonsense and gets right to business. I like that approach, as it does not waste my time.
Today I saw the P.A. Cassandra (not a doctor, as some other reviews have mentioned). She was completely professional. She listened to my concerns about a spot under my toe that the P.A. at my doctor's office thought looked suspicious. It turns out it is probably just dried blood due to trauma from all the hiking I do, but she sent a clipping to the lab anyway (just to be safe).
I wanted to write this review right away after seeing the sexist comments made by a previous reviewer regarding Cassandra's appearance. I don't see how her appearance has anything to do with the excellent care she provided me today or the care she provides to anyone else.
When I am seeking medical care, I go to a doctor's office as a patient. I don't go to a beauty pageant as a judge. You shouldn't, either.
Go to Derma with confidence that you will receive good patient care.
