  • Not sure what happened here. New manager? New owner? I have gone here weekly and every few months had both cars detailed. BUT, last week I went, paid for my $16 wash. I always point out the front needs extra cleaning. In past it was done, air freshener etc. now, did not use air hoses to blow off extra water, front end still dirty, no air freshener. I drove off and water came out of mirrors, doors, trunk etc. had to pull over at Mc Donald's to get water spots off. Took me 30 minutes plus trunk never opened and dried around like in the past. worst job ever and now I am forced to find another car wash. The one on bell where Chilis is is also terrible. Sorry guys, get it together and I will come back. Until then good luck.
