rev:text	I went to tracey nails on someone's recommendation on my neighborhood blog. i would NEVER go there again ever. i have been going to the same woman for 6 years but we moved a year ago and was trying to find somewhere closer to home. the woman who did my nails sucked. she didnt use sterilized tools, which i should have said something about but didn't and regret it. she cut the cuticle on my right big toe so badly that it bled the entire time i was there. she damaged the skin and cuticle on my left toe and it turned into a bruise. she filed and shaped my nails horribly and i had to re-file them because they were ragged and snagging everything. Her polish job was horrendous. A 2 year old could have done a better job. I'm going to take it off and re-do when i have time. Its ridiculous though, some nails are darker than others, while other nails are obviously sloppy . Once i left i was upset and in pain. So i ended up going back and asking for my money back. She kept saying oh these things happen. But honestly, in my life of getting pedicures i have never been cut and damaged like this. My big toes still hurt. When i mentioned the lack of sterilization she said, oh no we have a machine in the back. And i said, but i just watched you rinse off your tools and put them back on your tray!! She had nothing to say to that. AND she used an already used file and buffer - GROSS! At my old salon they use a fresh one (in the packaging) every time and you get to keep it after. Also because i paid debit she said she cant refund all my money just half. Whatever what a bunch of BS. This place was the WORST!! I just wanted to share so no one else has to suffer the same experience!
