  • I really hate when Dutch bros. is closed. It's Christmas, not once did the girl at the register ask how I was, or return when I asked her. She threw the change I was giving her (just to make it even, I wasn't paying in change) on the ground when I gave it to her even though I told her it was there. Instead of giving me my whole change since SHE dropped the change, she gave me broken up change - fine. But then dropped my change. All at the drive thru window...really? No merry Christmas wish back. Just all around rude and not very intelligent. Ever since this location reopened the staff has been horrible. I was told it was all NEW employees of Starbucks when they opened - it still shows. Learn some customer service and how to make an easy drink.
