  • What a debacle! Stay away from this company...Poor cleaning/streaking and they didn't provide refund, as promised! I scheduled for window cleaning 2 months in advance for cleaning in December 2012. On the day of cleaning, they didn't show up after hours of waiting, and we tried to get a hold of them to no avail. They called back days later and indicated that we were not on their reservation system, even though we made it 2 months ago! (Apparently their reservation system as updated and lost some appointments...Anyone heard of backup or double checking???). Amy and the owner promised to make it right by coming to clean the windows and return all the money that I paid for GroupOn deal. They finally came to clean windows in March 2013 and left a whole bunch on streaks on window and mirrors, so I had to double check their work and ask them to clean several windows again. I also found addl. streaks later and had to finish the cleaning myself!!! Amy later indicated that she'd only refund me 50% of GroupOn since that's what they get paid from company. I've waited over a month and still no check in the mail! I've called and left a message asking where the check is and no one has called back... I tried to give them a 2nd and 3rd chances to make it right and they didn't, so this poor review is justified. Use them at your own risk and peril...
