Ardene's customer service is pretty much the worse out there if you try to solve your problem via customer service(phone/online). Not only are they rude but they dismiss and do not acknowledge your inquiries. They provide no solution, offer no solution, offer no compensation, doesn't even offer to let you return defective items. They're pretty much a "too bad" company. I've gotten replies like "well no other customer complained" and then dismissed it cause of that. Sorry, I forgot that items made for less than $1 in China all came out perfect quality.
