  • 1st thing I will start out by saying is that I do not like to give out negative reviews on any company or company's website unless warranted. On Saturday the 8th of April 2017 I sent a request out on website for an estimate, two days later no response. I sent another on Tuesday with no response. On the third try I decided to call on Wednesday the 12th. A gentleman by the name of "Jeff" answered the phone and I informed him of our repeated request to get an estimate from his company for a new garage door and opener, his response, sarcastic of course was" why would we call you for an estimate" I did not find this amusing nor did my fiancĂ© or our 2000.00 we had budgeted. If you do not need someone's business please don't ask for customers to request an estimate on your website!!!! This was one of the most ridiculous acts of communication and sarcasm from a professional or a business that we have ever experienced. We have now got an estimate from another company which was a perfect example of what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. Sorry Smokey's Garage Door, we cannot and will not refer your company or services to anyone. Have a great day! Tom
