  • While the prospect of the location and general layout of this apartment (2 bed 2 bath) was very appealing to begin with let me tell you it's been a nightmare. I saw a lot of reviews about bugs that had me worried but I thought it was probably just a couple unlucky people, in talking to other residents it's very clearly everybody. I signed up for pest control but they just stopped coming after the first couple weeks. We ended up buying our own spray to help. My ac unit has been broken twice in the last month and they have made me wait two days in both scenarios. The maintenance guys don't have a clue. The office staff is a joke, they shut off the water in our building once on the wrong day and left it off ALL DAY. Their apology was some shitty catered lunch in the leasing office. I've been here less than a year and don't plan on staying, if I could leave now I would but it's not worth all the money. Overall if you're looking for an overpriced mediocre apartment where shit breaks often and you wake up with roaches on your face then by all means move right in. Just don't complain about it to management because they won't do anything.
