| - Why you should look ELSEWHERE: - NOISE; walls are cheap (just like the entire apartments only to look upscale, but not) you can HEAR EVERYTHING from birds chirping in the morning, CHURCH BELLS EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR, garbage truck picking up trash during the week, water running from top floor to bottom (you feel like your apartment is leaking from the noise), people talking in the hallway; windows suck you can HEAR EVERYTHING - SAFETY; A resident was recently sexually assaulted on the property and management informed us that the situation was an isolated event and to not worry... UM NO security was COMPROMISED on the interior portion of the property, lack of security on the property; they claim to have patrol on board, but I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE - GATE ISSUE; Both gates have been left opened and unattended due to malfunction for up to 5-6 days at a time, cars have been broken into, things have been stolen, stragglers wander the property (especially on the rooftop deck), NOT SAFE FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN OR IN GENERAL - PRICE is OUTRAGEOUS; The original owners (Greystar) I was paying $1450 (w/utilities), and NOW they have put so many LITTLE FEES that, quite honestly, make no sense, and am now pay a little under $1600 (w/utilities), DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME, LOOK ELSEWHERE. DO NOT BE FOOLED with the exterior experience as I WAS, it is not what you think. - Office employees are nice, HOWEVER I feel like if you present a problem to them all they do is beat around the bush and respond with things you WANT to hear, but DO NOT REALLY TAKE ANY ACTION - ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT (PILLAR COMMUNITIES): We are paying GOLD for what on-site services and amenities we are getting, take the time to actually LISTEN to your residence and TAKE ACTION instead of giving us meaningless words with NO BODY, DEPTH or BACKBONE. We have families, loved ones, children, and pay TOO MUCH to NOT FEEL SAFE. LOWER YOUR PRICES, we are basically on the border of the HOOD/GHETTO, just ridiculous.
AND PLEASE Pillar communities, do not simply copy and paste your generic response to all the residents who gave poor reviews (as seen below) TAKE ACTION, MAKE A CHANGE.
