  • I am a first timer. Oh what a first time! I had the rib platter. I was slightly taken aback when asked if I would like an extra beef rib for 6$. I thought to myself 6 bucks for a rib? I don't think so. When my order came the beef rib was definitely the largest item on the plate. When I tasted the rib I was speechless, this meat was more tender than any pork rib I have ever had. The flavor was unbelievable. I devoured the rib and was almost full when I finished it. I forced myself to sample the other ribs, the dirty rice (which was wonderful by itself) and the corn fritters. Although it was a little strange ordering at the counter the wait staff was available most of the time. The food was great, the beef rib is second to none and I will definitely be coming back.
