First stopped into this dealership while working out of town and finding a place to live for my scheduled move. Stopped in and asked to see a new Tacoma as I was looking at purchasing one when I moved (in the next 2 weeks). Sales guy was about as useful me walking around and looking by myself, he didn't even unlock any of them or give any info whatsoever. After I moved I reluctantly came back to the same dealership as it was near my new apartment. After a test drive, we sat down to crunch numbers. They initially came back with something $200+ more per month than I wanted to spend and right there I knew nothing was going to happen. At that point the manager got involved and just continually pressured me into a deal I wasn't okay with. 3-4 more times they came back with inflated numbers until they tried to get me to buy a 2012 Tacoma with 20k miles, listed only 2k below what the new ones sell for. What? I make good money and could have afforded these payments, however it wasn't close to what I WANTED to pay and they didn't seem to care. The sales guy even went as far as to say "I have 2 car payments for 1200/month you'll be fine". Sorry, some of us have other priorities and you all don't have any sense of "customer service". I happily went to Toyota Surprise and got a lightly used 4runner and couldn't be happier. Do not go here if you're susceptible to being suckered into a deal, because they will do everything in their power to make it happen, whether or not you're happy.
