  • I'll post numerous updates to this review as my lease goes on. I moved in May 15th. After reading all the negative reviews I was a bit terrified(I didn't have a tour before I signed) but did it anyway based on location. The entire move in process was silky smooth. The staff have been nothing but professional and courteous. The complex far exceeded all expectations. The pools are gorgeous especially at night. The gym is pretty solid for an apt gym. The entrance is so pretty. Quite a nice touch. It makes coming home so much nicer. I noticed some dog droppings but it's not really noticeable unless you're looking for it or rolling around in the grass like a fool. The one gripe I have is that my assigned parking space is 3 buildings down from my apt entrance. Rent is like 1400. Not 1229. Mandatory cable and water is added
