| - I had called to check on the availability of appointments for injectables, as I was considering the purchase of a Groupon. The woman who answered the phone said that they had numerous times available. She further said that they would honor the price of the Groupon.
I received a text confirming the appointment, and appeared at the salon a few minutes prior to the appointment time. The receptionist told me that the woman who was going to perform the service was with another client, but would see me within a few minutes. She then sent a text to the woman, advising her that I was waiting. After waiting a few minutes, I stepped outside to make a phone call. When I returned, I was told that the service provider had finished with the other client, but was on her break. By now, it was nearly 30 minutes after the appointment time. The receptionist said that she would text the provider again, noting that she could see her outside. I observed a woman chatting with others just outside the salon. About 5 minutes
later, she walked inside, and said that she was ready for me. When I mentioned the wait, she said that the front desk had "messed up" the appointments. She asked if I still wanted the service. Frankly, her attitude was that her time was much more valuable than mine, so I elected to leave the salon.
