rev:text	Please don't waste your time with this mockery of a business. I have been a patient of theirs for years and have had nothing but headaches interacting with them. My most recent experience, and the straw that broke the camel's back, was when they called me at 230pm on Friday to tell that they were cancelling my Monday at 2pm appointment that I scheduled two months prior because I have a past due balance. Mind you, I had every intention of paying that past due balance at my upcoming appointment and that past due balance was because of THEIR mistake in the first place. They failed to collect my copay at my last appointment and I have tried to call a dozen times to remedy it and pay the balance and have gotten a voicemail each and every time. They do not offer a way to make online payments and I personally do not feel comfortable writing my credit card information on a piece of paper and putting it in a mailbox. I would have gladly stopped by the office at any point and settle the balance had they actually answered their phone and told me that was an option. Other issues I've encountered, they've double booked previous appointments and ended up canceling me at the last minute, with the only rescheduling option 2 months out. They've booked me at their Casa Grande location, even though I've always only been a patient at their Chandler location. They've switched my provider without even telling me my appointment would be with someone new (who had no idea about my lengthy history with them). And I could go on and on, please spare yourself the added stress and find a doctor/practice that actually values their patients and their time.
