  • I absolutely love QCDO, I started over 1 1/2 ago and since they offer dancing 7 days a week in Charlotte, Gastonia and SC, I was able to get to a class and now I'm happier than ever because I have lost 50 lbs and kept it off. Their motto is "as long as you're moving you're doing it right". So that's what I did....I moved a lot. I loved it so much that I became a "Jam Crew" member, which is someone who is a true QCDO Dance Fanatic and beyond...yes that would be me! I love all the different classes offered including Zumba, DanceOut, the Jam and many more! All the instructors are fantastic because it doesn't matter if you're in Charlotte or in Gastonia you are doing the same choreography (anyone can easily pick it up) so visiting new QCDO locations is a hobby for me! You are never bored; they're always adding new songs and keeping it current with today's music. They have so many different songs that every class is different from the class before. I have met some really good friends and we all come together and do what we love....DANCE!!!
