  • My family and I leased a house through New Era Realty and the process from day 1 with Rain was excellent. She is prompt, courteous, efficient and very professional. New Era Realty is also on top of things when issues arise concerning the property. Any repairs such as plumbing or electrical jobs were addressed or fixed usually within 48 hours if not, the same day. When the clothes dryer broke, it was replaced with a new one within 72 hours. In the past 6.5 years that we've leased from New Era Realty, our rent did not increase at all. The owner of the house consulted with Rain on the matter several occassions but Rain would always tell the owner there's no reason to increase the rent on good tenants and to encourage the tenants on staying in the property as long as possible. So, if you are a good tenant and never late on rent payments, Rain will always go the extra mile for you.
