  • Complete nonsense! I made an appointment to the Henderson office for one laser lipo session. As the appointment date approached there was some scheduling mishaps back & fourth...front desk was confused & unorganized, we finally had an appointment set. I showed up on time only to realize my appointment was for a consult. Now please explain to me why in the world I would go for a consult without having the service? Why would I drive to this rinky dink office twice? Especially when I mentioned initially to the receptionist over the phone that I am from out of town & won't be here for long. Basically during our 2 minute consult Anna told me that she does not have time to preform the treatment validating we both have wasted our time. Do yourself a favor & go to a real med spa.
