rev:text	Whenever I buy and eat prepared food, my main concerns are the cleanliness and the food-handling practices. I don't care about the personality and the free "entertainment." I have stood on line waiting for fish sandwiches, etc. While waiting, I have observed the sushi preparation. This man should be wearing gloves and the gloves should be changed often. He should not be handling money and raw food at the same time. Are there any health inspectors visiting this place ?
