  • First let me start by saying my highlight turned out great. My haircut was just okay. But, the reason I am only giving 3 starts is because of time and professionalism. I read the reviews that it would take a long time, but it took 4 HOURS! My master student was friendly, but was talking poorly about the institute the whole time, complaining about being on her period, and complaining that I had a lot of hair. She eventually asked a friend to help her with my highlights. Towards the end of my appointment she asked her teacher to finish because she was in a lot of pain. Although the highlights and haircut turned out fine and it was a good price, I'm not sure if I'd return based on time alone!
