Not too shabby. I took my machine in for repair and maintenance (roughly $100 for a tune up). The people at the store are very friendly and knowledgable, but there was a mix up which ended up with the my picking up the machine a month later (wires got crossed, apparently it was ready, but I was told it wasn't, etc.)
I've used the machine a few times and it works great as ever.
They also sell a good amount of sewing supplies, machines, buttons, as well as knitting stuff.
I'll probably bring my machine back in 5 years, when it starts acting up again.
