| - My order: Texas Ranch burger, bacon cheese fries, Gourmet Edible Cookie Dough
Meatheads passes the eyeball test. A typical dine-in aesthetic of what you would expect of a higher-end burger spot. The true value comes with the menu. Meatheads had a seemingly endless amount of combinations - burger/chicken/hot dog, cheeses, free toppings, signature sauces, and so on. Kids' options, deserts, and shakes round out the menu.
The biggest fault I found with Meatheads is the food. The portions were satisfying, and the quality of ingredients is on par, but my food came out lukewarm and my burger fell apart immediately. The burger was bland (even with all the toppings) and wasn't worth the price, but the side more than made up for it in the form of a sizable plate with perfectly cooked fries. The Gourmet Edible Cookie Dough was a good change-of-pace dessert.
As a competitor to the local Five Guys, it's cheaper with more options, and has the experience of customizing. Overall, I'll be giving it another try in the future.
