  • I've been going to Freddys for years but most often go to Grand Montecito because it's closer to my job. After a long weekend off-road my SUV was dirty and in desperate need of TLC. I Happen to be in N Las Vegas so I stopped in and got a car wash.. The gentlemen in lane 4 was so efficient. He didn't miss anything on my dirty truck.. he was polite and walked me around my car describing all he had done. He then thanked me for coming and ask me to take a closer more personal look at my car to ensure he had met my expectations... I'm so impressed with this young guy that I want to share my experience. He said his name was Dax. My expectations were no where close to the detail he applied when cleaning my car.. The customer service he offered was not of gas station car wash attendant.. this guy is gonna go somewhere life with that approach for sure! My car looks fabulous again!
