  • I knew my 20 yr old unit was on its last leg and instead of waiting till it died I wanted to be proactive and install a new unit before coming home to a 100 degree house and having to wait for a new unit. I got approximately 8 different estimates. 2 of my estimates where from friends of friends and were both the same price. Dave came out to give me an estimate and was the only one (besides the friends) to actually go into my attic and inspect my whole system to see what I needed. None of the other company's did that. I was really impressed with Dave from the start, even after one of my 4 German Shepherds bit him on the butt, lol, he was still willing to check out my old system and give me a great estimate. When I told him that his estimate was about 190$ higher than my other 2 estimates he even said he would match it. They showed up on install day at 6am sharp and him and his team busted thier butts all day to install my new unit. I am very pleased with everything that Dave and his team did for me. Special thanks to Dave, Eric, and Ivan. I am recommending Clarks Heating and Cooling to everyone I know. And if your reading this I suggest you call them too.
