  • Affordable, but terrible. I turned twenty this year, so I had to add dental insurance to my plan, as I was no longer covered by the pediatric plan that comes with basic insurance. Three separate times, I called sales and "added" it, only to be turned down at the dentist. Whenever I would call back, they would tell me I never had dental, and that I must be confused. Then, they would transfer me to sales, who almost never take you off hold. I'm talking three hours on hold, until the office has closed, on three consecutive days. After finally getting through, I would try to add dental, and it would be unsuccessful. I guess I'm never going to get my wisdom teeth out! There is nothing in this world more maddening than working with Sierra H+L.
