  • My husband bought me a beautiful engagement ring from Diamond Company two years ago. I recently lost one of the diamonds on the band and went in to have it replaced. After one day they gave the ring back and when I got home I realized they replaced it with a diamond that was smaller and very poor quality. I called to let them know and I was told: " bring it in." No apology whatsoever and they didn't seem concerned. So I bring in my ring for the second time and I'm told to wait half an hour so I do. I get the ring back and once again it's completely off, so now I'm getting really upset and one of the workers just shrugged it off like who cares. I spoke to someone else and told them this isn't right, my husband paid over $20,000 for my ring and they are trying to replace it with a diamond that looks fake, dull and not the same size. They take it to the back for the third time and finally replace it with the proper diamond. So all of this time they had the right diamond in the back and just chose not to use it to see if I would notice. Disgusting, such scammers! This is why my husband and I refused to buy our wedding bands with them.
