rev:text	First of all they advertise 19.99 oil change. Mine was 39.99. I thought by taking to the dealer, I would at least get the right filter put in my car eventhough it will cost more than a generic place. So with the oil change I asked for service to checkout a few lights that are showing up on my dash. They agree and they ask if I would like the complimentary car wash. So I say yes and two hours later I am told that a switch under my brake petal is causing my ESP Off light to stay on and my Cruise Control not to work and that it will be $60.00 to fix. At lease that's is what I thought Jose said, but he has a heavy accent so I wasn't quite sure, but I agree and an hour later they say it is fixed. Ok, I ask if they did car wash because I see dust still on my car when they pull it up. "Do you want that?" Uh yeah that's what we agreed too. Another 1/2 hour and I'm on my way home and the lights on my dash reappear and the cruise control still does not work and when I go to plug in my phone to the car charger the charger is gone! So I call back and of course no one has seen the charger and and I have to call back on Monday to make another appointment to get the work redone. So when I go back to get the rework done they tell me that it was so busy on Saturday that they didn't remember to change the brake lights. What??? Too busy to make the repair but not too busy to charge me for it!! So they say oh we didn't charge you to change the brake lights. By this time I am totally confused and can only think "can they really be this dishonest?! I asked about my charger and they said they would speak to the person that did the repair, but of course they said he didn't take it. I asked to talk to the Manager and of course he only said the same thing. I will NEVER EVER take my car to Mark Kia! I was thinking about buying a car from them but NO WAY!! BEWARE if you just go for an Oil Change, don't leave anything in your car!!
