  • Tried to have dinner at Rush with my family of 6 and was turned away at the door as my daughter is only 16 and the hostess claimed it was a "restolounge" and no one under 18 was admitted. Having eaten in high end restaurants all over the world (and my daughter was served wine at several establishments in NYC last year) I was shocked that they would turn away paying customers when the restaurant was not even half full. Oh well we went and had an excellent meal at Alloy and spent our $800 there instead...
