  • It is pretty simple, but a concept that seems to be lost on so many other companies. When I called Baseline, they responded promptly. They arrived on time, they were friendly, professional and fixed my AC system quickly. There was no "up sell" to recommend more work than was needed and the final cost was fair and reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and I will recommend them to my friends and family.
