  • I came here 2 weeks ago and refrained from leaving a review because I was very mad about my hair. After living with it for 2 weeks I feel like I can give an accurate review of my experience. I came in with long very blonde hair cut 1 length. I asked for my hair to be made ombré with a darker blonde colour on my routes. I left with brown hair with some blonde highlights with blonde underneath. Nowhere near the ombré I asked for. My hair was cut with a top layer that is extremely short and nowhere near the "long layers" I requested. I showed Alex multiple pictures of the hair style I wanted. I did let him convince me that he was going to get the same look but more natural because we were not just going to dye the top my hair. It turned out awful and nowhere near what I communicated and we agreed on. I asked many clarification questions and was ensured he "knew what he was doing". $200 and 2 weeks later my hair is still brown and nowhere near the natural blonde I was after. Anyone who knows anything about dying hair blonde knows that to go back to blonde from this awful brown colour will be a lot of work. Going to this salon was the biggest mistake. When I was clearly upset about my hair being brown. I was told to "come back next time and we will add more blonde". Nowhere near the level of customer service I would expect from a Salon.
