This is based on the front desk lady, she was rude. I called ahead and asked if they did TB tests, yes was the response I got. I signed in online a few hours before I went. When I got there I told the lady upfront I was there for a TB test and that I signed in online. She said I'm just going to tell you right now there is 7 people ahead of you and it's going to be a long wait for a TB test. I felt like she was telling me to leave. I know urgent cares can take a while, I didn't expect anything less, but she was rude. I said well I guess I can come back later then, can I take the registration form to complete, she replied nope the paperwork stays here. The only reason I asked about taking the registration form is because you can print it online and bring it in so I didn't think it was a big deal. As I turned to leave she added it's best not to bring your child with you for a TB test. Of course it's best not to bring your child in an urgent care for many reasons but did she have to be so rude about it and in all her responses to me? You don't have to see the provider for a TB test and you don't take up a patient room because it's done in the lab, I'm not sure why it was such a big deal. I got a TB test at this place the year before and there was not any issues.
