  • This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! I walk in and someone greets me with "we'll be right with you!" And I'm standing around for 15-20 mins still no help mean while you have 2-3 employees talking and NOT HELPING ANYONE!!!!!!! Verizon is all about customer service and it's obvious that the employees in this store do not care about the customers!!! I've never had issues with any other store! Will not be coming back to this store!! I rather drive a few more miles out to the Boca Park store!!
