This place is worth revisiting, so the membership might be a good deal if you don't plan on coming alone. It's 75 for the family and 60 just by yourself. 10 to get in once and 4 dollars to go do the tower and catwalk. I really felt like the extra 4 was worth it, but I could totally see coming here in the fall being the best bang for your buck. The tower takes you above the tree tops and it's a sea of trees. I can only imagine what fall colors would look like. A rare treat to see in the less geographically dramatic hills of Ohio.
The garden in back of the visitor center is a great place to have a sandwich, very peaceful. Lots of labeled plants, and butterflies are very abundant. There's actually also a yoga room that over looks the little waterfall in the garden too.
The paths have flowers that bloom in differing seasons, so there is always going to be something to see. The trails are worth exploring all year around.
