  • Don't trust these guys as far as you can throw the three ring binder they use to sell you with. They give everyone the same song and dance and special discount. They quoted me $17k for my small lakewood house and said it was pretty much going to fall down. Everyone else I spoke with said to do nothing at all. What would you pick? I especially like the follow up visit after you tell them you no longer wish to do it, pretty sure the manager asked me the same question 10 times in a row.
