  • I have had these guys come out to fix a chip in my glass and then to replace the entire windshield (not related) on my Cadillac. When i called they gave me what i thought was a fair quote and got that to me pretty quick.I decided to claim this on insurance as the cost was very expensive (It is a Cadillac). They worked directly with the insurance company to make things easier on me. They told me it would be 7 to 10 business days as a special windshield needed to be brought in. Two days later they called and said it was in and they wanted to schedule the appointment. I set it up for a week out and waited for them to come over. The day they were scheduled they called about 30 minutes early and showed up shortly after that. I handed them my keys and let them do their job. 30 minutes later they knocked at my door and told me they were done. I inspected their work, signed the work order and they were on their way. Overall it was a good experience and i have no complaints (other than my windshield being overly expensive but that's not their fault). I will use them again when the time comes.
