  • I was very disappointed when coming here. ONE of the main reasons that me and my kids wanted to come back here was because of the rides.We went Years ago before they had rides, so we wanted to try the rides FIRST then look at animals.. When we arrived & I asked about the rides I was told "Its not that busy, so we close some of the rides down (SOME, only 3 rides were open, Train, Skyride, & the Tram which is very similar to the train ride) and if they need maintenance we do them" I DID NOT see anyone working on the rides. The rides are at least $5.00 per ride, some are more. It was hot yesterday & yes it was a weekday so I'm guessing thats why it wasnt that crowded. We still paid full price & I was looking forward to getting on the Log ride to get wet, actually we were looking forward to getting on all the rides. Then came the feeding of the Giraffe, paid for the food & as we waited for the Giraffe to come up, the worker says "oh, I guess its a hit or miss, they probably wont come up" That was very disappointing. So I suggested the petting zoo next. we went in, we fed the animals, which I loved doing. Afterward, I went to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was empty. urgh And FYI, except for admission, everything is cash: the rides, the food. The part I enjoyed the most was feeding the stingray, but I will not go back.
