  • If I could put no stars I would! Worst customer service ever. Rude associates and even worse manager. Brett the manager was so rude and didn't care about the customers concern and when asked to speak to him again he disappeared and did not come back. Definitely not coming back to this Best Buy. Once again if I could rate this zero stars I would.
