  • Had a great car buying experience at Honda West over the weekend. We were introduced to Sam who was not only genuine and personable, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the Civic Si I ended up purchasing. Sam took his time going over all the features of the vehicle and when it came time for numbers the process was quick and straightforward. They even provided lunch by way of a little tailgate-esque BBQ which apparently goes on every Saturday! Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and attentive - our salesperson Sam, the general sales manager and the finance representative. I'm so happy with my new car and it was nice to actually enjoy the process as opposed to having to wheel and deal for 2 hours.
