| - Brought my 10 year old dog there, for check ups and concerns. Every time he was there they almost immediately wanted to take him, without me, and do whatever they needed to do. I never knew what or why they were doing anything with my dog, I never got to actually be with my dog, which I didn't like. It felt like pulling teeth with them to actually TALK to me about my dog, they just wanted to get him in the back room. My dog did have some issues that needed attention, they said they needed testing. Well, test one just basically allowed them to say they needed more testing. First test came back negative, now test this, check that, ultrasound next, it was ridiculous! Not only ridiculous, but expensive!! Don't get me wrong, I love my dog, and will pay whatever I can to make him better, but an experience like that felt they were just guessing, at my expense, literally. I also got a new puppy, Tom there for his first checkup. Of course with a puppy, all staff was all "awww, how cute!!", but then once again, came into the exam room, TOOK my puppy at from him, gave shots or whatever (I don't know cause once again I wasn't WITH my puppy), I barely actually got to TALK to the vet about my puppy. After that additionally experience, I'm done, and looking for a new vet.
