TODAY WAS MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT HERE! I am sitting in my house with my close hanging up everywhere cause I didn't even want to spend 1 more min in this hell hold. I walked in , barley enough room to walk down a isle . Could have maybe made the isles a little more accommodating seeing as it is a laundry mart . But it was obvious that the owner chose to put more washers and dryers in Instead of making his customers comfortable. Two two person benches in the whole place. It was 79 degrees in there and I had to use the restroom but attendent was not available. After spending 12 dollars in quarters for 6 loads still no attendent . Had to go next door to use restroom. Came back it felt hotter than earlier . Finally guy comes in and I asked him politely to please turn the AC instead of saying ok he informs me that it is I fact already on and set for 78. I said I don't know nor care what you have it set to please if you Can cool it down I would appreciate it. 7 min later I went and checked it and it was 79 degrees in there. I asked him again and he made a comment that implied to me that he was Infact more concernedj with his electric bill than he was with his customers. I was so upset and angry that I took my stuff out of the washer and left. This place is a nightmare. I will give it 1 star for the nice conversation that I had with a elder lady that was doing her laundry. God bless her heart. All I'm saying is you would think with all the many laundry mats to choice from this guy would be a little more concerned with giving his customers a comfortable environment ( being as though 90% of them are going to have to hag around for a hour and a half) then then packing his small place full of washers and dryers and no room to walk around in and sit for that manner and maybe thinking about set temperature to a cool 74 atleast . This is Las Vegas after all. And there are 50 dryers going in here at the same time
