  • We had 7 pieces of art of a collection that we purchased. Each piece was matted but not framed. We had gone to Michael's, JoAnne's and Hobby Lobby and weren't happy with the selection or the prices to get the collection framed. We decided to stop into Paradise Picture Frames to see if we could find anything that we liked as we really needed to get these framed. We are so glad that we found them. Not only did we find the perfect frame for all 7 pieces but we experienced exceptional customer service. We were honest that we didn't want to spend a fortune getting them all custom framed but we also didn't want to end up with "poster" frames. Our prints were an odd size so our options were not abundant to find a pre-made frame. Kelly was very patient with us and offered us a ton of choices, she never pressured us one way or the other. In the end we were able to find a pre-made frame we loved and were able to get all 7 pieces done for an extremely reasonable price. (If you've ever had anything professionally framed you know it can get expensive quickly) We were so happy with the service that I had asked her about fixing a piece from my childhood that my grandma had painted for me. My mom had taken it to hobby lobby to get re-framed and hobby lobby did re-frame the piece but since the painting was done on glass instead of canvas they wouldn't secure it into the frame. It had been sitting in our home for two years while I tried to figure out how to secure it. We brought it into Paradise with the other 7 prints and they did a beautiful job fixing (securing) the art that my grandmother had painted for me into a frame. They also did an amazing job on the 7 pieces we initially went in for. We were so pleased with the work they did, and the customer service we received. We let her know that there were two more pieces in the collection we had purchased that we were still trying to find to purchase and she went above and beyond to try and find the same frame for us in case we did end up purchasing the last two pieces in the future. She had wonderful follow up and they even sent us a thank you card for our business. We would highly recommend Paradise and will absolutely not hesitate to use them for any framing needs in the future.
