  • I waited way too long to try Union Coffee. I came in with some friends for a latte between classes and the experience was wonderful from the atmosphere to the espresso. To be quite honest, I haven't had coffee so smooth and yet so strong in a long time. Their coffee leaves me wired. Make sure you come in, with a lot planned for the day or you will be up into the wee hours of the morning. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products, music is playing inside and you can see roasting machines, with freshly brewed coffee beans near by. I shall be back!
