  • Horrible customer service experience eith HAPS! I placed catering order for my 85 employees as part of our staff appreciation week. The "manager" delivered order and was rude to the front office staff. After setting up the food, I noticed that there were ribs which I did not order and I told the manager three separate times. He still left and did not take the ribs. We start serving our staff only for hin TO come back 15 minutes later IN THE MIDDLE of our serving line to TAKE THE RIBS THAT WE HAD OPENED AND WAS SERVING!!!! Called and complained to the owner Julian and although he gave an insincere apology, he actually saw nothing wrong with the what the manager did!!!!!! Never will get my patronage again!!! Hope they didn't REUSE OR SELL THOSE RIBS to anyone else!!!
