So what is so great about this place. It is located in the middle of the Palazzo and has no atmosphere. We went for happy hour and got a $3 glass of their private label wine (It tastes like Rutherford groove which goes for $5 a bottle WS)
Their overpriced wine/spirits flights ($20-$40 a flight) are half price during happy hour, so happy hour makes the price for the flights not too laughable.
I can see people stopping to get off their feet and have a drink, but I would not call this place a wine bar. It is just the seating area for the adjacent overpriced wine shop.
