  • The technician (Bill) came out 40 minutes late on my appointment and didn't made a single phone call until he was on his way. 4 hours I have waited for nothing. Got charged $50 for just showing up because he doesn't have the parts to do the job. What a BIG RIP OFF!!! I can just show up and get paid for my "professional" opinion !!! Who approved this kind of business anyways?
