  • I lived here for 2 years. I loved the layout of the two bedroom apartment. Very spacious with two walk-in closets. Kitchen had a lot of cabinet space. That's where it ends. The day before I moved in, I met my brother at my apartment to install my Direct TV. I removed my shoes at the door because they told me carpets had been cleaned. I walked around my apartment for 30 minutes and my white socks were totally black from the carpet. After I moved in, I could not walk around barefoot because the carpets were disgustingly filthy. There is no way in hell these people cleaned the carpets. All they did was vacuum. The management company for this place is awful and dishonest. I became friends with my neighbors and we all had the same complaints. When they gave a 24 hr notice of an upcoming inspection, most people were at work when the staff would enter the apartments and mysteriously items came up missing. I actually caught them illegally trying to gain access to my apartment. Also when my downstairs neighbor moved and a new jerk moved in and would BLAST his surround sound system at all hours. I made several complaints to management and they said they would take care of it but NEVER did. One of the neighbors would constantly barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid on the balcony, which is a huge fire hazard. That went on forever. I could not wait to move out of this place. Like I said before, the management company sucked. I don't know why owners of these properties hire such horrific companies to manage. Absolutely a horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
