  • Worst experience ever! I called National Tire at 8am to inquire about winter tires. After being on hold for 5min, I finally spoke to someone and was quoted a good price and was told that they would have to order the tires and that it would come in a couple hours. The woman told me to bring my car in at 12pm. When I arrived at noon there was a lot of people in there, which is what I expected since its the busy season. So the woman told me to leave my keys with them and that my car would be ready in 2 hours (2pm) and that they would call me when it's ready. I arranged to have a friend pick me up to take me home to wait for the call. As it reaches 2:30pm no call. It is now 4pm and still no call from them. So I decide to call them to ask if my car was ready. I was immediately put on hold and after 5mins got disconnected on their end. This is a Saturday so they close at 5pm. So around 430pm I decided to head over there. When I arrived not only did I see my car not worked on, they also moved it to the street. When I went back in to speak with the lady I asked when will it be done since i dropped it off 4.5 hours ago?? She just shook her head at me and said that she doesn't know and that it will be a long while still since they're busy. I got my keys back and just left with my car since I had to go to work for 6pm! Thanks for wasting my whole Saturday for nothing! If you know you're backed up with work then why bite more than you can chew?? Don't go here!
