  • This place is alright for general dentistry...however DON'T use them for Ortho. I have had nothing but problems. I believe they have changed orthodontists 2 or 3 times since my daughter got hers about 18 months ago. They are VERY limited on the appointments. They only do Ortho on Mondays from 8am to 4pm. Its very difficult to get a 4pm appointment. If you live in the area and your child goes to a Peoria School, odds are they don't get out until 3:40 pm. So you can count on pulling them out of school once a month, not to mention having to take off work to take them to appointments. They are not flexible whatsoever. I had the Dentist call and cancel an appointment right before my daughter left for the summer, so she went months without an adjustment. I begged them to let me go to another location on another day so she wouldn't have to go without an adjustment, they told me tough luck. The office staff it always nice to me, which is good since I am normally complaining about the hours. I just think they should disclose the limited hours ahead of time. Very disappointing.
